I realized I was going to run out of medicine while I was on vacation. I emailed Phil Saturday evening after the pharmacy already closed. Phil called me back within a half an hour. He met me Sunday morning on his day off to give me my medicine. Phil and his staff go above and beyond for their costumers. I don’t know what I would do without Jericho pharmacy. Thank You for being the BEST!!!!

Honestly this has been the best experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. The staff is always so helpful and informative. Every single employee at Jericho Pharmacy is professional and courteous , But more important than that, they are COMPASSIONATE . They go above and beyond for their patients, giving attention to the individual needs of patients with compassion and concern for detail. I have never experienced better customer service than I have with Jericho Pharmacy. You should be teaching ALL other companies how to handle their customers so well! Communication with the staff is excellent and they are invaluable in assisting with insurance and financial issues. They are quick to contact the my doctor's office and me with any issues regarding an order. I also love they remember when my medications need to be refilled for me because life is busy and I often forget to call. I'm so grateful to have found such a wonderful pharmacy .

We LOVE Jericho Pharmacy!! Paula, the pharmacist, takes such good care of us!! Whenever the kids are sick - she runs their prescriptions out to the car. She always gives the greatest recommendations! A breath of fresh air compared to the chains - FIVE STARS EVERYDAY

been using Jericho Pharmacy as my primary pharmacist for the past six months. I can tell you with all certainty and confidence that a year from now, God willing nothing horrible happens between now and then, I will still be using the same pharmacy. This is why: I’ve used CVS, Walgreens, Duane Reade between Long Island and New York City, Your pharmacist is going to know very sensitive information about you, just like your dentist or your doctor, pharmacists provide a sensitive and personal service. I’ve been blown away by the level of care given by the crew at Jericho. They knew my name after one visit. When I walk in my scripts are filled and ready, I haven’t even gotten to the counter to say hello yet. And I’m not saying one or two people on staff are kind, I am saying every person that works there is kind. They have always treated me with respect, Their customer service is phenomenal. I highly recommend giving them a try, I guarantee you go back a second time.

I can't say enough great things about this pharmacy. Their concierge-level service, knowledgeable staff, and genuine care, make every visit a great experience. Always accommodating, always professional and they go above and beyond every time. I highly recommended them!

WOW WOW WOW! Jericho pharmacy is a heartfelt, personal, and great pharmacy. Everytime I walk in, I am greeted with my name and a warm welcome. Prescription ready in seconds. The staff are very caring and sweet. Love the owner, Phil, too. Five stars will never be enough! Hands down the best pharmacy, and much better than the pharmacy chains.

My father recently moved in with me for recovery from a stroke. This has led to many visits to the pharmacy while we figure out his medication. Everyone at Jericho Pharmacy has been so understanding and helpful during this difficult time for my family. I am truly grateful for their attentiveness, promptness and kindness. Definitely recommend!!

A TRUE GEM! Jericho Pharmacy is hands down the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The staff is incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their customers. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, but never make you feel rushed. Every interaction is thoughtful and genuine.They always greet you with a smile and go out of their way to help. What makes this place really stand out is the personal touch. They remember your name, they ask how you're doing—not just medically, but truly. It's the kind of old-fashioned service you thought didn't exist anymore. I cannot recommend Jericho Pharmacy enough, five stars truly isn’t enough. ❤️👏

I had the best experience at Jericho Pharmacy! The staff is so knowledgeable and genuinely helpful—they answered all my questions with real expertise. The store is incredibly well-organized, making shopping a breeze, and their selection of quality cosmetics and products is outstanding. Everything feels premium and carefully chosen. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them to everyone!
